Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Hourly Rate: $23-$24/hr (depending on practice)
We are currently seeking an practiced and highly organized Executive adjunct to join our team in Middletown, NY. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension, providing an exciting opportunity to support our executive team and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Executive adjunct General Requirements:

»Proven practice as an Executive adjunct is a must.

»Excellent organizational and time management expertise, with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

»Strong attention to detail and the capability to maintain confidentiality.

»Exceptional communication expertise, both written and verbal.

»Proficient in using standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.

Executive adjunct Responsibilities:

»Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office.

»Answer all incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate individuals.

»Manage the Chief of Staff's schedule, including arranging appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

»Attend meetings alongside the executive team, take detailed meeting minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner.

»Prioritize and address the needs of the office, ensuring that deadlines are met efficiently.

»Utilize your previous executive adjunct practice to provide top-notch support to our executives.
