HVAC Technician

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC equipment, including Boilers, Power Burners, Hydronic Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Make Up Air Units (Direct & Indirect Fired), Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, Fluid Coolers, Cooling Towers, Data Room Equipment, Critical Space Equipment, Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems, and Large Air Source Heat Pumps.
- Stay current with technical knowledge on new equipment and concepts.
- Assess problems and determine whether to repair or replace equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and service team members.
- Maintain the highest level of professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.
- Commitment to maintaining professional conduct.
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Proficiency in using hand-held electronic devices for documenting service and repair work.
