The Role:
As a Precision Quality Inspector , you’ll be the guardian of precision. You won’t be stuck inspecting the same part over and over — here, you’ll work with a wide variety of materials and components, keeping every job interesting and challenging. Your sharp eye and technical expertise will ensure that every product meets exacting standards before it leaves our floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections using manual tools and CMMs to verify conformance across various materials and parts.
• Conduct random inspections for operators and support buyoff activities.
• Apply customer and internal inspection/testing requirements accurately.
• Train and support operators on inspection techniques and quality standards.
• Support the Voss Quality System and ISO accreditation.
• Assist with quality reporting, audits, and process improvement.
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and certifications.
• Support calibration and maintenance of measurement and test equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings using GD&T.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or a related role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical prints.
• Proficiency with GD&T and metrology equipment (calipers, micrometers)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (auditing experience a plus).
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, quality systems).
• A keen eye for detail, solid communication skills, and a team-player mindset.

Compensation:

• $20 - $28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
