Duties Description As a Maintenance Supervisor 1, you would supervise and coordinate the activities of skilled trades employees and other workers engaged in a variety of mechanical, electrical and building maintenance activities. Incumbents are working supervisors within the area of assigned responsibility, and may perform tasks in a variety of the trades.

Minimum Qualifications Candidate must have one year of experience as a skilled tradesperson with appropriate experience which will vary based on the assigned responsibilities in the mechanical, electrical, building or other trades subsequent to the completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
