Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Chief Medical Officer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our healthcare strategy, ensuring the highest quality of patient care. The Associate Chief Medical Officer will be responsible for the overall clinical operations, development and implementation of clinical programs, and ensuring compliance with medical guidelines and regulations. This position will be a part of our executive leadership team and will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and ensure adherence to evidence-based policies and best practices.
2. Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and other executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives.
3. Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs and initiatives that improve patient outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
5. Actively participate in the recruitment, development, and retention of high-quality medical staff.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and operational excellence.
7. Represent the organization in external forums and build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
8. Contribute to the development and management of the annual budget for clinical operations.
9. Regularly review and analyze patient satisfaction data, clinical outcomes, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
10. Provide clinical leadership and expertise in response to significant clinical events, crisis situations, or public health emergencies. Qualifications: 1. Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited institution.
2. Board Certification in Primary Care or a related specialty.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
4. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, including the development and implementation of clinical programs.
5. Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.
6. Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical guidelines.
7. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate others.
8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision making.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
