Leadership Development Coach (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various marketing and advertising platforms.
- Maintain online customer relations management (CRM) system.
- Correspond with potential global clients.
- Schedule brief interviews via phone or Zoom to establish qualifications.
- Provide further information through an educational online presentation to qualified candidates via email.
- Conduct global market research daily to keep up with trends and customer interfacing.
- Create and implement marketing and advertising on various platforms.
- Attend daily Zoom training sessions with our global team.
- Expand personal development and leadership skills daily/weekly through our interactive multimedia platform, online learning tools, and digital curriculum.

Requirements

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional written and verbal English skills.
- Intrinsic desire to assist, mentor, and coach others through success models while making a positive impact.
- Minimum 4 years of prior full‑time working experience.
- English speaking only.
