Customer Service Representative

In this role, you aren’t just answering phones – you are a
vital resource for our neighbors, helping them navigate life’s risks and
recover from the unexpected.
Core Responsibilities:
·Custom Advocacy: Manage and resolve customer
inquiries with professionalism and care.
·Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer
records and update information to ensure seamless service.
·Client Retention: Support the agency’s growth by
assisting with proactive customer retention strategies.
·Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team
members and departments to ensure a high-quality, unified customer experience.
