Job Description
CKitchen is seeking analytical, determined, and diplomatic individuals to join our team as Fraud Prevention Specialists in our Order Optimization Department. This critical role requires an investigative eye, the ability to collect information, and logical problem-solving skills to prevent fraudulent activities and serve the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.
As a Fraud Prevention Specialist at CKitchen, you will:
Analyze incoming orders to identify trends and prevent fraudulent attempts
Communicate empathetically with cardholders to verify order authenticity
Make informed decisions about the validity of orders
Regularly measure, track, and report on fraudulent attempts and chargebacks
Collaborate with other Fraud Prevention Specialists to recognize patterns and update systems accordingly
Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce loss, and improve the customer experience.
