We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to be part of an ambitious, creative environment where precision and passion go hand-in-hand.

Job Details

  • Support the Executive Chef and Senior Culinary Team in the execution of all production kitchen operations.
  • Oversee prep and execution of mise en place for multiple high-end events daily.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all culinary output, adhering to luxury standards.
  • Lead and train production kitchen staff; supervise workflow and ensure timely production.
  • Collaborate closely with event chefs, logistics, and service teams to coordinate on-site needs.
  • Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in accordance with DOH standards.
  • Assist in menu development, R&D, and seasonal planning.
  • Support and advise on execution for large scale events.


Competencies & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a high volume catering environment, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, coworkers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach
  • Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages
  • Actively practices food safety procedures
  • Able to train and motivate team
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Effective time management
