Lonnie's is a busy, growing diner and restaurant in Boerum Hill, and we're looking for overachievers who want to cook alongside other overachievers.
We serve a seasonal, ever-changing, well-sourced menu with an emphasis on natural wine and standout cocktails — and we're having a lot of fun doing it. Our top priority is taking care of a stellar staff in a healthy, employee-focused environment. We have a strong team in place already, so we're not desperate to fill a seat — we're looking to bolster it with the right fit.
What we're looking for:
- A cook who thrives in — and helps promote — a positive, learning-focused kitchen culture
- Real attention to seasoning, detail, and consistency
- Comfort and energy in a busy, full-service kitchen
- Full-time availability, including weekends
