New York - Legal Recruitment Consultant
An opportunity to join a global, partner-led legal recruitment firm as it builds out its New York City presence.
This is the first of several hires for our clients NYC office, making it a standout chance for someone who wants to get in early, learn from experienced consultants and senior leadership, and grow alongside the business.
You’ll have access to a dedicated NYC office, flexibility in how you work, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with leading US and international law firms.

The Role
- End-to-end (360) legal recruitment
- Business development and relationship management
- Working closely with experienced consultants and partners
- Building a network across the US and international legal market
About You
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
- Drive, ambition, and resilience in a people-led environment
- Background in recruitment, sales, or professional services is helpful but not essential.
