Accounts Payable Specialist
A growing organization is looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. While this role begins as a temporary assignment, there is significant potential for it to transition into a permanent career move. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a solid background in AP, and a "quick study" mindset, we want to hear from you. This role features a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-6 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with AP software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities
- Input and process invoices into the AP system
- Manage AP inbox and provide timely responses
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Set up new vendors in the system
- Support the accounting department with projects
