Remote Travel Experience Coordinator
We are looking for a Remote Travel Experience Coordinator to assist clients with travel preparation and trip coordination. This role focuses on helping travelers stay organized, informed, and supported before their journeys begin.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online platforms
- Assist with reviewing travel details and confirming itinerary information
- Provide accurate information about destinations and travel guidelines
- Help travelers prepare for upcoming trips by confirming important details
- Address client concerns and coordinate solutions when needed

- Clear and professional communication skills

- Customer service experience preferred but not required
