And right now, we’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who knows their way around a one-line diagram—and isn’t afraid to push boundaries.

What you’ll do:

• Lead electrical design for complex building systems (power distribution, lighting, emergency systems—you know the drill, but you do it better)
• Own projects from concept through construction, with real influence—not just redlines
• Collaborate with sharp architects, engineers, and clients who expect excellence
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar across the team
• Navigate NYC codes and standards like a pro (because you are one)

What you bring:

• 8+ years of MEP experience, ideally in NYC
• PE license (or very close)
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems design and coordination
• Confidence to make decisions—and the judgment to make the right ones
• A personality. Yes, it matters.
