We’re Hiring: Licensed Esthetician

We’re looking for a licensed esthetician who’s passionate about helping clients feel confident, cared for, and excited to come back.

This is for someone who loves the beauty + wellness industry, thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants to grow within an established spa environment long-term.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ years hands-on esthetics experience
• Full body waxing (including female Brazilian waxing)
• Customized facials
• Lash lifts + brow laminations/tinting
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels
• Laser hair removal experience

Role Expectations:

This position will primarily focus on:

• Full body waxing services
• Customized facials
• Brow laminations

There is also opportunity for training and growth in:

• Spray tanning
• Laser hair removal
• Lash lifts

Expected Outcomes:

• Maintain a 70% retention rate with new clients and 80% retention with existing clients
• Perform full body waxing services including female Brazilian waxes confidently and professionally
• Take 2–3 photos/videos daily for weekly social media content
• Post to Instagram stories at least once per shift on your provided branded Instagram page
• Tag our spa page as a collaborator on social media content
• Maintain KPI goals including:
• Revenue per hour
• Average transaction value
• Service sales
• Retail product sales
• Attend team meetings and complete continuing education provided by the company

Time Commitment + Benefits:

• $20–45/hr earning potential(includes hourly pay, service commission, and full gratuity)
• 10% monthly bonus on retail product sales
• Average of 30 hours per week
• Must be available for morning and evening shifts with a consistent schedule
• Friday & Saturday availability required
