Reporting to a Respiratory Care Manager with support from a Clinical Supervisor, the Registered Respiratory Therapist partners with friendly nurses and a diverse interprofessional team; this Clinical RRT night role manages vents (invasive/NIV), HFNC, bronchodilator protocols, ABGs, airway clearance, rapid responses/codes, patient education, and coordinated rounding with ready access to consults, protocols, and dedicated equipment support.
