Job Summary
The Business Support Analyst (BSA) III leverages technology and applications to meet organization needs by providing technical support and business solutions for day to day operations and efficient and effective utilization of Intellectual Property Optimization (IPO) applications. The BSA III is responsible for continual evaluation and system improvement, application deployment and training, upgrade coordination, system troubleshooting, and determination of appropriate integration points.


Minimum Qualifications

»Bachelor's degree and 3 years significant professional work practice


A significant combination of education, training and professional work practice may be substituted for a degree.


Preferred Qualifications

» practice with Intellectual Property and Technology Licensing systems and processes

» practice in Higher Education

» practice in Project Management

» practice with Business Intelligence Tools

»Demonstrated capability to lgain new technologies and maintain technical accuracy

»Analytical expertise for evaluating and testing computer software for application to a variety of work processes

»Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation and writing expertise
