Workplace Experience Associate
Job Description:
The Workplace Experience Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the office environment, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workplace for employees and visitors. This role focuses on maintaining supplies, addressing service requests, and contributing to an efficient and welcoming office experience. The Workplace Experience Associate plays a hands-on role in ensuring smooth operations and resolving minor issues quickly to maintain high workplace standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Restock and maintain pantry supplies across all office floors, ensuring availability of beverages, snacks, and utensils.
Complete daily maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines, ensuring functionality and cleanliness.
Replenish office supplies in designated areas and monitor inventory levels, requesting orders as needed to prevent shortages.
Perform routine checks of supply areas to ensure cleanliness and proper organization.
Conduct inspections of conference rooms throughout the day, ensuring they are clean, properly set up, and equipped with necessary supplies.
Wipe down surfaces, remove trash, and reset common areas to maintain a tidy and inviting environment.
Support set-up and breakdown of office events, ensuring seamless execution of logistics.
Assist with minor furniture relocations, adjustments, and space reconfigurations to accommodate employee or pitch team needs.
Monitor and report office conditions daily to identify areas for improvement and address issues proactively.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in office operations, facilities, or a related role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $39,000-$62,962. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
