Sayville Ford, Long Island's Ford Giant continues to grow. We are Long Island's busiest and largest Ford Service Department. Whether you are starting your career or advancing it, when you join our team, you become a valued part of our family. Evening shift, M-F 12pm-9pm, some Saturdays as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and processing all parts orders
- Understand and control of parts inventory
- Creating bin locations for new stock
- Notify customers on parts arrival.
- Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies
- Processing accessories and shelving them
- Working directly with technicians
- Answering phones and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Handling e-commerce orders
- Light Forklift duties
- Processing Warranty scrap
- Keeping things in neat and orderly fashion
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior auto parts sales experience (required)
- Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check
