Benefits:

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who have experience working with childrenwhether in education, childcare, or at an indoor play or learning center. This is not a seasonal position. While we offer flexible part-time hours , we expect a consistent commitment of at least 20 hours per week .

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and engage children during open play and classes

  • Assist with or lead educational enrichment programs

  • Support weekend birthday parties (at least one weekend shift availability required), with shared gratuity for all party staff

  • Help create a fun, clean, and safe environment for children and families

  • Collaborate with our team to develop new ideas and improve programming

Who You Are:

  • Experienced working with children (required)
  • Fit, healthy and able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Friendly, dependable, and proactive
  • Creative and eager to think outside the box
  • A team player who values communication and community
  • Able to work one weekend shift
  • Must be over 21 years old
  • Live within 10 miles of our location
  • Must have your own car or a reliable source of transportation
  • Must be tech-proficient and be comfortable with using the computer
