Position Title: Senior Project Manager
Reports To: Management Team
Salary: $95,000-$115,000 per year

Trade Design Build is seeking their next Senior Project Manager. This position is responsible for working with the design team during the design process and then taking the project through construction. OSHA-30 is required for Senior Project Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Safety: Coordinate with Superintendents to implement safety plan
• Quality & Conformance: Work with the design office to produce project delivery tools, including budgets, schedules, and scope summaries.
• Quality & Conformance: Work to ensure a collaborative approach is taken with all members of the project team.
• Quality & Conformance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Quality & Conformance: Ensure all Master Sub-Contracts, Work Orders, and Insurances are kept up to date and executed properly company-wide
• Schedule & Deadlines: Oversee and manage project schedule and update project team and clients as necessary. This includes all staffing, meetings, material procurement, etc.
• Schedule & Deadlines: Work with Senior Superintendent to coordinate staffing week-to-week.
• Cost & Budgets: Ensure PMs are managing project budgets, including initial generation, budget updates/COs, invoicing direction and review, and direction of sub bill and material purchase payments.
• Client Satisfaction & Professionalism: Ensure project delivery and client satisfaction is executed to the highest level on all projects.

Critical Tasks : G - General, D - Design Phase, PC - Pre-Construction Phase, C- Construction Phase, PO - Post Occupancy Phase

• G - Regularly check in with PM’s, Superintendents & Design Team to ensure projects are running smoothly
• G - Ensure regular communication is maintained with clients
• G - Review & update the staffing schedule w/ PMs before the weekly PM meeting
• D/PC - Prepare Construction Contract & review w/ Management team
• D/PC - Coordinate & oversee final project packet review before client review meeting
• C - Coordinate regular monthly project review meetings with PMs for all projects.
• C - Review all COs/Budget Updates and major changes to project scope that have contractual implications
• PO - Meet w/ clients for project closeout meeting
