Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Scheduling: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
- Inventory Management: Maintain supplies inventory and office equipment.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Budget Assistance: Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
- Event Coordination: Organize office events and team-building activities.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
- Employee Support: Address employees' queries regarding office management issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
