The Excavation Laborer will work as part of a small crew on various mixed project types, providing essential support to skilled operators. This role involves material handling, backfilling, and operating small machinery as needed, all within a single-site work environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle materials efficiently to support excavation activities
- Assist skilled equipment operators in daily tasks
- Perform backfilling and other manual labor as required
- Operate small machinery under supervision
- Work collaboratively within a small crew to complete projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in excavation or construction labor
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in shoveling and digging tasks
- Strong physical stamina
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
