Job Description

This position involves both clinical and administrative duties at a dynamic fertility clinic, offering a rewarding opportunity for professional growth. Please apply if you have 6 or more months of phlebotomy experience!

Responsibilities

• Check patients in efficiently and professionally.
• Room patients and prepare them for consultations.
• Enter patient data accurately into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Perform phlebotomy and blood draws with precision.
• Coordinate seamlessly with onsite providers.
• Respond to patient-related inquiries with excellent customer service.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with phlebotomy skills.
• Medical assisting skills.
• Phlebotomy certification.
• Competency in electronic health records.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• A 'no task is too small' attitude.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including potential weekend rotations.

Work Environment

The role is situated in a bustling fertility clinic in Manhattan

The team consists of 12 Medical Assistants and 4 providers, handling approximately 15 patients per provider daily.

Shift: Start time between 6am-8am with 8-hour shifts

Monday to Friday, and potential rotating weekends.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
