Exciting Opportunity for a Groundskeeper in Poughkeepsie, NY!
We are pursuing a motivated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. This is a temporary-to-permanent position offering a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital function in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Groundskeeper General Requirements:

»Prior practice in groundskeeping or landscaping is preferred but not required.

»Strong work ethic and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

»Physical stamina and capability to execute manual labor in various weather conditions.

»Attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of maintenance and cleanliness.

»Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

»Availcapability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

»Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of the grounds.

»Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain flower beds and planters.

»Remove debris, such as fallen leaves and branches, from walkways, parking lots, and other areas.

»Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and enhance the aesthetics of the property.

»Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or repairs needed.

»Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

»Assist with snow removal and ice management during the winter months.
