Regulatory Business Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in project planning risk management and stakeholder coordination and is passionate about delivering measurable results.

As a member of our team you will lead impactful projects across business and technology functions. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders ensure the delivery of high-quality projects and contribute to the evolution of our PMO standards and execution excellence.

Role and responsibilities

• Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables in alignment with business priorities.
• Identify project risks dependencies and constraints while establishing mitigation strategies.
• Track budgets resources schedules and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve operational or technical roadblocks.
• Conduct regular presentation updates to leadership highlighting progress risk status and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate tasks with external vendors and service providers to ensure performance expectations are met.
• Promote PM methodologies governance standards and continuous improvement within the PMO.
• Analyze large data sets to support decision-making and provide clear analytical insights.

Qualifications :

• 59 years of experience in project management PMO or delivery leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with complex scope stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large data sets and generating data-driven insights.
• Solid understanding of project methodologies risk management and governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and cross-functional engagements.
• Experience coordinating vendors or third-party service providers is a plus.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (JIRA MS Project Smartsheet or equivalent).
