Coordinate marketing teams:

-SEO - Manage progress of SEO team for optimal web presence

-Email marketing - Coordinate email marketing campaigns, both internally and with partners to expand market awareness and reach -Multiview website retargeting - Reviewing retargeting data, working with the marketing team to optimize retargeting campaigns -Creative Team - working with our creative team to build and launch enticing campaigns to incentivize customer sales

Additional Daily roles:

-tradeshow planning, budgeting and research - creating a marketing budget, researching opportunities and constructing a plan for execution

-Web content on website - descriptions, images, content, blogs - adding new products, refining product descriptions, adding new things to help ease sales flow and customer order process i.e. adding photo examples of FAQs on product pages to help guide a customer through -Customer reviews aggregation - setting up post order surveys and collecting customer feedback to fine tune business practices. -Product launches and product specials - Coordinating with the above teams to launch products, specials, and incentivize customers to purchase -Marketing data testing and strategy - SWOT analysis on what is working, what is not, and refining to optimize product sales -Direct Mail Campaigns - setting up and coordinating strategic direct mail marketing efforts (I will help guide you on the strategies here) -marketing Budgets - Budgeting total marketing expenses, evaluating ROAS, and refining marketing strategies -Campaigns - Creating and running marketing campaigns across a variety of marketing outlets. -Social media content and page management, user engagement - aggregating social media content to drive traffic -AI bot training - helping to train and refine our artificial intelligence tools for enhanced effectiveness, and to reduce hands on time with staff, and increase customer conversion rates -Cost per acquisition analysis - Evaluating customer acquisition costs, and leads generated from shows to fine tune marketing expenses and efforts -Lead Management - Inputting leads in CRM, and coordinating marketing efforts with email blasts and outreach
  • List creation - Utilizing the various sales softwares that we have to aggregate leads for our business development and sales staff to target
-Market pricing research - Reviewing and refining our pricing based on prevailing market rates to optimize profit, while remaining competitive -Administrative support - sales staff pricing lists, catalogues, and building additional resources our customers can use to further customer education and sales -Direct email blasts and Publication articles and advertising -Coordinating with PR companies and publications to enhance market awareness -Blog and content management - Working with our SEO and blog teams to constantly roll out content for user engagement
