Software Engineer
Healthcare firm building the next generation of financial infrastructure in healthcare—systems that help patients secure coverage and ensure providers get paid. This role is a rare opportunity to design and build foundational systems in a vital, high-impact domain.
The team works with technologies such as Rust, Remix, React, TypeScript, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and AI/LLMs . Engineers will own core services and critical functionalities, contributing across distributed systems, UX, data management, workflow automation, and tooling in a regulated environment.
What They’re Looking For
1 to 6 years of professional experience (including strong internships or equivalent) in software engineering
Proven track record with modern languages, frameworks, or infrastructure work
Comfort working on core backend systems, distributed services, and integrating AI/ML or complex workflows
Strong sense of ownership, care about developer experience, and ability to thrive in high-leverage, mission-critical settings
Desire to move fast while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, resilience
