Association Manager
About Us: Godfreys Pond, operated by the Genesee County Fish & Game Protective Association, is a conservation club and campground dedicated to maintaining a beautiful and enjoyable outdoor space for our members. With a rich history and active membership, we offer a variety of activities and outdoor resources for all ages.
Position Overview: The Association Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Camp Store, Office, and paid staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of and administrative responsibilities. This role is integral to the Associations success, requiring strong organizational, financial, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Camp Store, including inventory management, sales tracking, & staff scheduling Perform staff supervision and scheduling for store, cleaning, and pool staff Open and sort incoming mail and manage membership records Handle bank deposits, ensure accurate reconciliation of fees & dues Maintain and manage accounts receivable records using QuickBooks Generate financial reports for the Board of Directors Perform general administrative and operational tasks as needed Report to the Association President and Vice Presidents.
Qualifications: Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and oversight Proficiency in accounts receivable (QuickBooks) Knowledge of ordering, inventory, cash management, and office operations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Hours & Compensation: Part-Time 20-24 hours/week Salary: $21-$24/hr based on experience.
