Corporate Paralegal
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the legal team assisting with a range of legal and administrative matters across multiple jurisdictions for a global financial services company.
Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.This is a onsite position. Must be willing to work in NYC at least 4 days a week
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with document preparation and general records management
- Maintain and organize files, records, and supporting materials
- Support basic budgeting and expense tracking activities
- Support corporate governance and related entity-level matters as needed
- Conduct legal and regulatory research as required
- Assist with intellectual property-related filings and renewals
- Support document notarization and authentication processes
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal support, paralegal, or related professional role required
- Degree, certification, or comparable training in a related field required. xrczosw
- Active notary public status preferred.
