Compensation: $135,000-$175,000 plus equity. Premium benefits package included.

Minimum Experience Required: 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience.

Lead Infrastructure Initiatives at Altela: Altela is scaling its infrastructure with $20 million in funding (check us out on Crunchbase!). We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our initiatives and build resilient, scalable systems.

Your Mission: As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS, establish SRE practices, and improve system reliability. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our systems are robust and capable of handling increased demand.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS, focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Establish SRE practices and improve system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to streamline development workflows and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience with a strong understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure management.

• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and containerization to manage and automate infrastructure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multi-cloud environments to enhance flexibility and resilience.

• Background in security engineering to ensure that our systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.
