CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER ADVANCED
Location: New York, New York Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $75 - 80 per hour
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our client's dynamic team as a Creative Project Manager - Advanced! In this role, you will be responsible for driving the coordination, execution, and successful completion of key projects within the Commercialization team. As a pivotal member of the organization, you will collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Operations leaders to shape the go-to-market strategy, organizational structure, and revenue operations. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent analytical, critical reasoning, interpersonal, communication, influencing, and leadership skills; and you are passionate about both problem-solving as well as building efficient processes that scale with our client's rapid growth. This role extends beyond analyzing and reporting; you take pride in proactively designing and implementing solutions to the different challenges that can arise in a complex and quickly evolving business. This is a hybrid role in which candidates will have to be onsite in NYC 3 days per week. Responsibilities:
- Provide senior oversight to improve the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including creative trafficking, targeting, troubleshooting, pacing, and reporting.
- Manage and implement a scalable ad trafficking process across the business, ensuring that campaigns are set up correctly, on time, and delivered in full against primary performance objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline ad operations workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
- Establish internal processes to monitor campaign delivery and performance, ensuring that we can provide timely updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Establish campaign optimization standards and product requirements, ensuring that all campaigns prioritize delivery against KPIs and performance metrics.
- Partner with internal controls, compliance and risk stakeholders to ensure proper procedures and documentation.
- Partner with Sales, Product and Technology teams to improve the efficiency of our sales process through more automation and systemized processes.
- Build systems to improve quality of campaigns and overall excellence of what we deliver for our advertisers.
- Provide thought leadership and analytical support to effectively and efficiently drive business results.
- Take a data-driven approach to assessing and recommending solutions to improve sales performance and drive continued improvement in sales processes.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to manage ad pricing and the rate card, sales pipeline and forecast management process.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors (required)
- 7+ years of experience working for a performance marketing and/or digital ad platform.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organization(s), partnering with senior leadership.
- Experience and passion for process optimization and operational efficiency, including diving into the granularity.
- Proven track record of leading highly-complex projects, working cross-functionally, and delivering results on time.
- Excellent MS Office skills particularly in Excel with pivot table, v-lookup & formula expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create engaging presentations from scratch.
