Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Contribute to Lastmile’s product vision, prioritization and roadmap.
- Help determine priority alignment with Executive, Engineering, Marketing/Sales, and Operations Teams.
- Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and insights from stakeholders.
- Act as a consistent source of structure and clarity across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze product performance metrics to inform product decision-making.
- Stay on top of partner platform updates (Google, Apple, Meta, etc.)—new features, API field changes, version deprecations—and translate them into requirements and proactive engineering alerts.
- Facilitate product testing and gather user feedback to iterate and enhance product features.
- Meet directly with customers and attend industry events (both remote and onsite) to support discovery, rollouts, and adoption.
- Product Marketing Support
- Serve as a liaison between Lastmile’s product and marketing teams
- Translate new features and functionality into marketing-friendly descriptions and overviews
- Periodically share roadmap updates, new release notes and give demos to marketing stakeholders
- Assist marketing team in sourcing product performance stats, screenshots / video, and other tangible usage documentation
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the software sector.
- Solid grasp of agile methodologies and the product development life cycle.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across different teams.
- Data-driven thinker with the skill to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software applications.
- Enthusiasm for technology and a strong interest in digital marketing solutions.
