Warehouse ManagerWilliamsville, New York (On-site) We are a technology company that assembles and ships kiosk equipment from our warehouse. This is an independent, hands-on role — you’ll be the sole person managing day-to-day warehouse operations, so reliability and self-direction are essential. Responsibilities: Assemble, test, and ship kiosk hardware to retail locations Track inventory, shipments, and equipment status in Salesforce Diagnose and repair malfunctioning kiosks and components Manage inbound/outbound logistics and coordinate with carriers Maintain an organized, safe warehouse environment What we’re looking for: Comfort working independently with minimal supervision Basic technical aptitude — ability to troubleshoot hardware, follow wiring diagrams, and work with hand tools Organized and detail-oriented, especially with tracking and documentation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform light physical warehouse work (assembly, boxing, palletizing) Familiarity with inventory or CRM systems is a plus; Salesforce training will be provided What we offer: Training on our specific equipment, processes, and systems A respectful, supportive work environment — we believe strongly in treating employees well and helping them grow This role has been a launching pad for advancement for many previous employees **This role is full-time from our Williamsville office** Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000
