Technology Program Manager Consultant (Power BI / Reporting Focus)

ONSITE - Broadway, New York

Overview

We are seeking a Technology Program Manager Consultant to support large-scale, complex, cross-domain technology initiatives within an enterprise IT environment.

This role combines program coordination, data analysis, and executive reporting. The consultant will work closely with architecture and technology teams across cloud, data, applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains to provide visibility into program performance, resource utilization, and project health.

A key focus of this role is developing and maintaining executive dashboards and performance metrics that support leadership decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics to provide visibility into project health, resource allocation, and team capacity
  
• Track KPIs and program progress, and present insights to executive stakeholders
  
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing status, risks, financials, and strategic impact
  
• Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
  
• Conduct capacity planning and resource forecasting to support operational planning
  
• Identify system inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architecture, cloud, data, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations
  
• Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with enterprise architecture standards
  
• Support the development of technology roadmaps and strategic plans
  
• Identify risks and assist in mitigation efforts
  
• Highlight team priorities, workload distribution, and performance concerns
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across a matrixed organization
  
• Escalate unresolved issues as needed
  
• Perform additional duties as required
  

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
  
• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies/development environments
  
• PMP certification (required)
  
• Agile certification (required)
  
• CSM certification (required)
  
• Proven experience across Cloud, Data & AI, Network, Applications, and Enterprise Architecture environments
  
• Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, KPI design, data analysis)
  
• Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow for tracking and reporting
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
