Responsibilities
- Build and maintain SQL-powered datasets, dashboards, and query libraries that serve as the foundation for sales, operations, and Go-To-Market decisions.
- Create and maintain data facets (data tables, spreadsheets, dashboards, AI skills) that increase the effectiveness of business decisions, driving operational efficiency by enabling faster, data-backed action.
- Own the data inputs for Quarterly Business Reviews with our largest customers, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a narrative that builds trust.
- Develop custom, white-glove reporting for key partners to drive understandability and support their growth.
- Work with Product Marketing Managers to develop evidence-backed sales claims that effectively position our Music Promotion tools via our Partner Go-To-Market team.
- Monitor performance metrics across promotional programs, surfacing actionable insights on allocation, pricing, and effectiveness.
- Partner cross-functionally to align on data definitions, maintain data quality standards, and ensure consistency across all reporting and dashboards.
- Automate recurring analyses to reduce manual work and support planning cycles with scalable, executive-ready reporting.
- Develop lightweight financial models to evaluate trade-offs and performance scenarios.
- Strong SQL skills (required) with experience writing reliable, scalable queries against data warehouses such as BigQuery
- Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Experience with Python for data manipulation or automation
- Familiarity with the Google Suite
- Strong written communication
- Self-motivated and capable of operating autonomously in cross-functional environments
- Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, operations, ad-effectiveness, or revenue-focused roles
- 2+ years of experience using AI tools to analyze large datasets that speed up decision making
- Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and/or product organizations in an analytics or data-heavy role
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field (statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, etc.)
- Background in music or media is a bonus

You are comfortable owning work end-to-end and translating complex data work into plain language for non-technical audiences across sales, product, and finance. You want to see your analytical skills drive measurable business results.
