Vice President, Protective Operations and Logistics
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President, Protective Operations & Logistics to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of global logistical and operational support for executive and corporate protective services. This role ensures protective operations are delivered seamlessly, securely, and efficiently across all environments, enabling protection teams to operate with speed, resilience, and confidence.

What you'll do in the role:- Lead global logistical planning and operational enablement for executive protection, event security, site security, and special protective operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive domestic and international operational plans, including advance work, route planning, secure accommodations, and contingency protocols.
- Ensure protective operational plans are aligned with threat assessments, intelligence inputs, and protection strategies.
- Oversee all logistics supporting protective operations, including transportation, travel, lodging, equipment, communications, and access credentials.
- Direct inventory, maintenance, and lifecycle management of protective equipment, technology, and specialized assets.
- Coordinate secure movement of personnel and assets, ensuring redundancy, business continuity, and rapid response capability across regions.
- Manage third party vendors and service providers supporting protective logistics, ensuring performance, compliance, and cost discipline.
- Partner closely with executive protection leadership, intelligence teams, travel, facilities, and enterprise risk stakeholders to deliver integrated protective outcomes. What you'll bring to the role:
- Extensive experience leading protective operations, logistics, or security programs supporting senior executives and high risk environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational planning, logistics management, and complex global coordination.
- Strong understanding of protective risk management, threat mitigation, and operational resilience.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and assets within a highly regulated corporate environment.
- Exceptional leadership, judgment, and decision making skills under time sensitive and high pressure conditions.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior executives and cross functional stakeholders across geographies.
- Willingness to support domestic and international travel as required.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $130,000 and $183,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
