Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a Production Manager to join their team and help bring licensed products to life! You will be working on our client's tech category!This role is essential in managing the backend of production, working closely with factories, ensuring quality, and making sure every product meets both design and licensing specifications. YOU MUST HAVE TECH EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED!Responsibilities: -Oversee the full production lifecycle from concept to delivery-Collaborate with factories and vendors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met-Ensure all products align with design intent and licensing requirements-Troubleshoot production issues and maintain clear communication with internal teams-Manage product specs, samples, and approvals throughout the development process-Work cross-functionally with design, licensing, and operations teamsQualifications:-Experience in production management, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or tech accessories-Strong understanding of licensing processes and compliance standards-Skin and beauty or tech experience -Excellent organizational and communication skills-Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously-Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindsetIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
