IBIAS is building an AI-powered business intelligence platform designed to help companies make smarter data-driven decisions. We’re assembling a passionate and talented internship team of 10–15 individuals to accelerate product development and innovation. This program provides hands-on experience in a startup environment where you’ll learn, collaborate, and contribute to real-world projects.

Position Overview

As a Frontend Developer Intern , you’ll work closely with our technical and design teams to develop user-friendly, responsive web interfaces. You’ll translate design mockups into functional components using React and modern JavaScript frameworks, contributing directly to the look, feel, and performance of our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Implement pixel-perfect UI components based on design team specifications
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data services
• Optimize performance for speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in development
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve user experience
• Document technical work and contribute to frontend development guidelines

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field
• Solid understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript
• Experience with React.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub)
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Knowledge of TypeScript , Next.js , or Tailwind CSS
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
