Through our structured paid apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience, classroom instruction, and the skills to build a lifelong career in the trades.

About the Role

Pipefitters install, assemble, maintain, and repair complex piping systems in industrial and commercial settings. As a Pipefitter Apprentice , you’ll train through a multi-year program that combines on-the-job learning with classroom instruction—leading to a New York State Journeyworker certification .

What You’ll Learn

• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, valves, and related equipment on critical infrastructure projects.
• Gain skills such as welding and pipe joining under expert guidance.
• Work alongside experienced professionals on diverse construction projects.
• Build technical knowledge in structured classroom training.
• Follow strict safety protocols and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work hard in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment substance screening (per state & federal regulations).

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior trade school or college program experience.
• Previous construction or mechanical work exposure.

Compensation & Benefits
