- Start Date: September 15, 2025
- End Date: January 10, 2026
- Duration: 17 weeks
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5x8 hour shifts (no weekends, holidays, or on-call)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2450–$2510
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)
- ACLS certification (required)
- Telemetry nursing experience (required)
- Proficient in accessing ports (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in radiation oncology nursing (required)
- Recent outpatient radiation oncology experience preferred
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver patient education in an oncology setting
- Conduct telephone triage and coordinate clinical care for oncology patients
- Assist with special exams, including administration of contrast dye and IV fluids
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to manage patients with various cancer diagnoses (head, neck, lung, prostate, breast, skin, and more)
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient radiation oncology clinic
