JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN) StartDate: 8/25/2025 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1987.00 - $2189.75 Resource Pool, Float, M/S Tele: Every other weekend required. M/S Tele is expected to work ED HOLD patients as well. Requirements: • A minimum of 1 year experience • AHA BLS required, CMSRN preferred • NIHSS will be required prior to starting • Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable • NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offers Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday • No block schedules for any reason • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained • Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April Required Qualifications Registered Nurse, Telemetry Experience: 1 year Licenses: RN-NY Certifications: BLS Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months Tele SCL within the last year # of beds, trauma level, EMR for every facility listed on the work history.
