Focused on the design, development, prototyping, flight testing, certification and production launch of an array of new military, general aviation and commercial aircraft, Stavatti is creating the future of aerospace. At Stavatti you will have a hands-on opportunity to be directly involved in making the Stiletto Supersonic Trainer and Light Fighter, the Machete series of Close Air Support Aircraft, the Stalma Multi-Role Fighter and the Mach 4 plus Razor Air Dominance Fighter and our SM-920 Commercial Airliner. While stunning in their own right, our most secret projects are not hypersonic stealth bombers but instead revolutionary affordable sportplanes, very high performance business jets and even stunning narrowbody airliners designed to take a bite out of industry backlogs. Concentrating on proprietary materials, sensors, avionics, EW, armament and propulsion systems, we are even looking for multi-disciplinary generalists who are ready to define tomorrow. Ideal candidates will have 10 or more years of industry experience within their specific discipline and at minimum a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field. Candidates may be Senior to Mid-Level engineers. Candidates should have a proven record of successful projects that were undertaken while working as part of a project team.
Stavatti is very interested in Aerospace Engineers who have direct experience with Airbus (A320, A321, A350), Boeing (737, 777, 787, F-15, F/A-18, F-47 NGAD) and Lockheed Martin (F-117, F-16, F-22, F-35) engineering design.
Ideal candidates will be fluent with FEA, CFD, CAD and PLM solutions. At Stavatti our primary CAD systems are Dassault SolidWorks and CATIA. Excellent writing and communication Skills are highly desired as is the ability to work independently or in small groups with minimal supervision. Candidates may often interact with customers, suppliers and Industry Team Members and may be required to serve as a responsible technical representative. Candidates are expected to be able to communicate eloquently and to a wide variety of audiences. Some candidates may be requested to travel both domestically and internationally up to 5% to 15% of the time, depending upon position.
All candidates may experience occasional travel for business, training, and conferences. Candidates are expected to be concerned with achieving pragmatic, tangible results on-time and within budget. Some Stavatti positions require US Citizenship and may require a DoD Security Clearance. Some positions are conducted at facilities that require special access. All employees will be subject to a security background check and comprehensive screening. Stavatti employment opportunity locations may include locations throughout the USA with an emphasis upon New York, California, Minnesota, Texas and internationally with business locations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
