Family Nurse Practitioner - Full Time or Part Time!

This is a full-time outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role providing primary care to a diverse, underserved community. You’ll work in a collaborative, team-based environment with strong clinical support, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships — all while making a real impact on community health.
Applicants must have minimum 2 years of professional FNP experience!
Location: Bronx, NY (Onsite)
Position Type: Full Time and Part Time available!
Compensation
Pay Range:$140,000-$160,000 Per Year (pro-rated for part time)
Summary:
- This full-time position involves providing comprehensive primary care in Brooklyn, NY.
- The role requires diagnosing and treating various conditions, managing chronic diseases, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Candidates must be familiar with electronic medical records and have the relevant qualifications to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- Active PA license in New York
- NCCPA certification
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- BLS/ACLS certification (BLS minimum)
- Eligible for credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care plans
Qualifications
- Primary care experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or community health
- Experience with underserved or safety-net populations
- Comfort with high patient volume
- Experience with chronic disease management
- Spanish or other second language (huge plus)
- Experience in team-based or integrated care models
- Familiarity with value-based care and quality metrics
