Telemarketing Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales specialists to join us! Be driven with the desire to succeed in high volume fast paced office.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services. Leads provided for you.
- Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Training provided.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Document interactions and manage leads using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall sales strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a sales related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Familiarity Finance sales is a plus.
- Experience with outbound calling techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Be a motivated sales professional with a high drive and passion. This is a high-volume office with uncapped commission and bonuses!
