Position Summary: We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Services / Front Desk Coordinator to support the Fiserv workplace. This role will serve as a key point of contact for guests, clients, employees, and meeting hosts, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Additional Skills

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and guests upon arrival.

Validate guests against the visitor list and coordinate the check-in/badge process with security.

Serve as a liaison between guests, meeting hosts, employees, and site management.

Manage conference room scheduling and ensure rooms are properly prepared.

Assist with client visits, including signage, workspace preparation, and meeting support.

Coordinate catering and other meeting requirements.

Provide concierge support, including recommendations for hotels, restaurants, and local points of interest.

Assist with audio/visual equipment for meetings.

Handle reception, mail, shipping and receiving, copying, sorting, and distribution activities.

Assist with company events, meetings, and special projects.

Support facilities management and vendor coordination.

Prepare proposals and assist with print-production activities.

Maintain company phone and speed-dial lists.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years of relevant customer service, reception, hospitality, or administrative experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organization, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in a corporate/headquarters environment preferred.
Ability to work with audio/visual equipment.
Ability to stand for periods of time and engage with guests and employees.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., as required by company standards.
