- Conduct routine audits of onsite search results, keyword performance, and search behavior.
- Identify and resolve search relevance issues.
- Maintain search rules, redirects, synonyms, and keyword mappings.
- Perform ongoing QA testing.
- Curate search results and ranking strategies.
- Creation and maintenance of vendor landing pages and custom search results pages.
- Support new product launches and promotional events as needed.
- Support taxonomy, category, and navigation updates.
- Validate attributes, metadata, and catalog content.
- Escalate and coordinate resolution of data quality issues.
- Monitor search, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze customer behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop recommendations to improve performance.
- Partner with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Management, and Content teams.
- Coordinate search and merchandising initiatives.
- Troubleshoot search and navigation issues.
- Follow established workflows and governance.
- Deliver accurate, timely execution.
- Continuously learn new tools and best practices.
- Enjoys solving problems and uncovering opportunities through data analysis.
- Takes initiative and does not wait for direction.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of onsite search, digital merchandising, ecommerce operations, or product discovery experience.
- Experience with Bloomreach, Algolia, Coveo, Salesforce Commerce Cloud Search, or similar.
- Experience managing search rules, synonyms, redirects, taxonomy, and navigation.
- Experience improving search relevance and discoverability through data-driven decisions.
- Proven ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- CMS and or PIM experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
