MEDICAL PARALEGAL
Location: Remote (Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, or New Jersey)
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a full-time, remote Medical Paralegal to support their Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury practice. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, or New Jersey.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury experience, along with a strong understanding of orthopedic medical terminology. This position requires the ability to review and interpret medical records, prepare detailed treatment timelines, and ensure compliance with policy language and treatment guidelines.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare detailed medical treatment timelines using provided medical records.
• Review and analyze medical records, policy language, and treatment guidelines.
• Interpret and apply orthopedic medical terminology during case preparation.
• Support attorneys handling Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury matters.
• Organize and maintain case documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Utilize Google Chrome and Gmail for daily communication and workflow management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 1 year of Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury experience required.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic medical terminology required.
• Professional Paralegal Certification and/or a college degree required.
• Proficiency with Google Chrome and Gmail.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, or New Jersey.
