Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW-Bronx-NY

A renowned mental health organization serving the Bronx is urgently seeking a full-time, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor to join their compassionate and mission-driven team. With many clients currently on a waiting list, this is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role and provide immediate impact to underserved communities.

In this meaningful role, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling to a focused caseload of 5–10 clients,
• Supervise and support licensed team members including LMSWs, LMFTs, and LMHCs,
• Review and monitor therapy documentation to ensure quality and compliance,
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other allied professionals to coordinate care,
• Offer clinical guidance in crisis situations and ensure appropriate escalation when needed.

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• An active LCSW license in New York State,
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral or mental health,
• The ability to pass a criminal background check ,
• Prior supervisory experience, and
• Excellent communication and strong documentation abilities, including timely and accurate therapy notes .
