Overview We are currently looking for a Negotiator, Strategy and Investment to support the day-to-day media planning and activation functions for our client. This person will assist a team in the development, execution, and stewardship of media plans for client’s business and report directly to the Supervisor Strategy and Digital Investment. Responsibilities- Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of strategic approach and tactical plans across multiple brands within a Sports Entertainment client
- Assist in development of Direct Digital, Social, CTV, Audio, OOH RFPs and brief external and internal partners
- Assist in building client presentation decks
- Review and verify media buys to ensure proper execution
- Create and send insertion orders in Prisma and traffic tags
- Assist in creative trafficking across multiple client, internal and external partners
- Campaign setup for Digital and Social platforms
- Manage day-to-day campaign monitoring, pacing and optimizations
- Assist in campaign post-buys reports
- Prepare and update flowcharts and budget trackers
- Contribute to billing reconciliation process and negotiating invoice discrepancies with partners
- Work closely with client media team counterparts
- B.A. or B.S., preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in media planning/strategy
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Preferable Computer Skills/Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Prisma, Nielsen Suite, Kantar, IMS, Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, comScore, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI
- Basic knowledge of all cross-channel media, with a drive for curiosity and passion for the client’s business
- Demonstrate ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently
- Solid written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation
- Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Meet client and internal deadlines and obligations
- Manage projects, resources, stakeholders, and participants
- Be a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems/issues
